電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)涂裝行業中(zhong),為了增加鍍(du)(du)(du)件(jian)表面光潔度(du)(du)、亮度(du)(du)、附著力,電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)液的(de)(de)配(pei)制需(xu)要(yao)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)導率在(zai)15uS/cm以下的(de)(de)純(chun)水(shui)(shui);另(ling)外在(zai)鍍(du)(du)(du)件(jian)漂(piao)(piao)洗時也需(xu)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)導率在(zai)10uS/cm以下電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)純(chun)水(shui)(shui)來(lai)清洗,電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)行業用(yong)水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理系統(tong)(tong)包括電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)前電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)液配(pei)制用(yong)純(chun)水(shui)(shui)系統(tong)(tong)、電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)漂(piao)(piao)洗廢水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)稀有金屬回收漂(piao)(piao)洗水(shui)(shui)循環利(li)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)廢水(shui)(shui)處(chu)理零排(pai)放系統(tong)(tong)。通常系統(tong)(tong)由預處(chu)理,超濾,反滲透(tou)(RO),離子交換,EDI設備等組成,以滿足(zu)電(dian)(dian)鍍(du)(du)(du)行業對各種水(shui)(shui)質的(de)(de)要(yao)求。
制純水流程
1、采用(yong)離子交(jiao)換方(fang)式:
自來水(shui)→電動閥→多介質(zhi)過濾(lv)器(qi)→活性炭過濾(lv)器(qi)→軟化水(shui)器(qi)→中間水(shui)箱→低壓泵→精密過濾(lv)器(qi)→陽(yang)(yang)樹(shu)脂床(chuang)→陰樹(shu)脂床(chuang)→陰陽(yang)(yang)樹(shu)脂混合床(chuang)→微(wei)孔過濾(lv)器(qi)→用水(shui)點(dian)
2、采用兩級反滲透方(fang)式:
自來水→電動閥→多介質過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)→活性(xing)炭過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)→軟化水器(qi)→中間水箱→低壓泵→精密過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)→一級反滲(shen)透(tou)→PH調(diao)節(jie)→混合器(qi)→二級反滲(shen)透(tou)(反滲(shen)透(tou)膜表面帶(dai)正(zheng)電荷)→純(chun)水箱→純(chun)水泵→微孔過(guo)(guo)濾器(qi)→用水點
3、采用高(gao)效反滲透加EDI方式:
自來水(shui)→電動閥(fa)→多介(jie)質過濾器→活性炭(tan)過濾器→軟(ruan)化水(shui)器→中間水(shui)箱→低(di)壓泵(beng)→PH值調節(jie)系統(tong)→高效(xiao)混(hun)合(he)器→精(jing)密(mi)過濾器→高效(xiao)反滲透→中間水(shui)箱→EDI水(shui)泵(beng)→EDI系統(tong)→微孔(kong)過濾器→用(yong)水(shui)點
特點
電(dian)鍍純水設備傳統的(de)(de)制(zhi)備工藝(yi)通(tong)常是采用(yong)離子交(jiao)換樹(shu)脂進(jin)行(xing)(xing)制(zhi)取(qu),但采用(yong)離子交(jiao)換樹(shu)脂通(tong)常需要(yao)經常性的(de)(de)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)樹(shu)脂再生(sheng),即耗費物力(li)又浪費人工.我們公司經過多(duo)年實踐,同時結(jie)合新(xin)的(de)(de)膜分(fen)離技(ji)術,采用(yong)低(di)壓反滲透加離子交(jiao)換系(xi)統(或EDI)相結(jie)合用(yong)來(lai)制(zhi)備電(dian)鍍超純水,該工藝(yi)與傳統工藝(yi)相比(bi)具有(you)運行(xing)(xing)成本低(di),運行(xing)(xing)可(ke)(ke)靠。與新(xin)工藝(yi)相比(bi)具有(you)造價低(di),反滲透工藝(yi)技(ji)術安(an)全可(ke)(ke)靠。
